Transfer Options
1.
Email
- You may send files under 5 Mb directly by e-mail. Please
include your customer name in the subject line and include sales rep name,
contact information, and any other pertinent order information in your message.
2.
FTP - File Transfer - Larger files may be uploaded directly to our web server.
Multiple files should be collected into folders and compressed with ZIP
or STUFFIT. In
order to ensure that your job will be processed, please notify your sales rep
via email once your file has been uploaded and include any pertinent order
information in your message.

not have an FTP account please contact us by phone to obtain your upload
permissions.
3. Disk
- For complex colour projects, or files over
100 Mb, we prefer that customers provide digital files on disk with a full
sized hard copy. Disks provide a permanent record of the document and keep all
file elements together. We accept
files on CD or DVD for Mac and PC platforms.
Please: Never send us your only copy of any files - always keep good
backups.
